David was an excellent help. I didn’t have an appointment and showed up on a Friday morning. He was quick to check me in and asked what services I needed. My check engine light was on and he recommended they run diagnostics to determine what the issue was. Turns out my spark plugs needed to be changed. Recently had a transmission value service at Sierra INFINITI of Duarte. I had called around to get prices and the price I was quoted here was reasonable for a dealer. I got much higher quotes at other INFINITI dealers. David Gomez helped me and he was great. They gave me a Uber to and from my home. The only issue was they charge 3% for using a credit card and it was not mentioned before I arrived to pick up the car. I could have brought a debit card for a bank account that had a sufficient balance.
I took my car in because of the ECM recall and decided to get an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked up the vehicle, the service rep told me that the check engine light came on after the software update and the code P06DA appeared stating that there is an issue with the engine oil pressure control.
I had taken my car in June of 2024 for service and had a significant amount of repairs done that totaled to over 4k. I believe that issue with the engine oil pressure is due to the service back in ... Read More

I’d like to preface by saying my disappointment is not toward my service advisor, David Gomez, he gets 5 starts as he was efficient, personable and kept me in the loop, but rather toward the dealer itself. I’ve been a loyal customer of INFINITI, even throughout the numerous ownership changes, but will probably take my business elsewhere as they now impose a fee for credit card usage. Sierra INFINITI has giving me the best experience/service overall with any other dealerships I’ve dealt with. They (Benjamin G) are fast, attentive and the waiting process ain’t a bother when you they offer a comfortable waiting room with a coffee and tea bar. The cleanliness is at a 10.

They were very straight forward with processing the purchase of the new car, not much hassle and very willing to work with me. Guillermo was very responsive and very transparent about the options and the price of vehicle. Mira was who helped me finalize the paperwork and was very informative and kind, very pleasant exeperience. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was the walk-in to walk-out time was a little bit lengthy, but to be expected when buying a car.
When I come in to get my old 2011 Infinity serviced Jonathan Jimenez is always welcoming and helpful as if I just bought my car. He listens to my concerns and gives the best advice for my budget being everything is so expensive nowadays. I really appreciate his honesty and generosity. If I had the extra cash coming in I would definitely purchase a new car at this dealership.

I made an appointment with my service advisor Jonathon Jimenez. He greeted me and discussed the service I had requested. I also needed brake assessment and Jonathon added it to my request. He offered a ride if needed and gave me an update on the services being completed and when the car would be ready. He was friendly and very professional. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and water and coffee are complimentary. There is also a vending machine for snacks available. This is my go to dealership for service.

All of the coupon discounts were made. I had a loan car while my car was being serviced. This is an important benefit to me.

I traded in my car at $1500 and put $5000 down on a car they quoted me for $16,000. Walk away with my trade and down payment should have been around $11,000 with taxes. The guy changed my contract 3 times and the last time changed the loan amount to $25,000 on a used car that was already 4 years old….I contacted Nissan several times and no one would help me fix the issue. They said since I signed it they would not fix it. I will never return there
